Cancellation Policies

Regular attendance is important for academic progress and allows me to maintain a reliable timetable for all students. Weekly paying students are expected to attend their reserved sessions consistently. Repeated late cancellations or irregular attendance may result in the student’s time slot being offered to another family.

Payment

• Payment is due no later than the day of each session.

Cancellations

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be charged at the full session fee.

• No-shows (no notification before the session start time) will be charged at the full session fee.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session and sessions can then be rescheduled within the following three weeks, subject to availability.

• Rescheduled sessions must be arranged at the time of cancellation.

• If a suitable time cannot be found within three weeks, the session is charged and forfeited.

Tutor Absences

In the rare event of that I need to cancel a session, I will:

• Offer a rescheduled session at a time that suits you, or

• Provide a refund/credit for the missed session if you have already paid.

Student Illness

If a student becomes unwell, please notify me as early as possible.

• With sufficient notice, rescheduling within the three-week window will be offered.

• Last-minute illness cancellations (within 24 hours) will still be charged at the full rate, except in exceptional circumstances and at my discretion.

Payment

• Term fees are to be paid upfront by the first session of the term

• Upfront payments are non-refundable

• Prepaid students receive the discounted term rate
